Public bug reported:
The package seems to have been updated as a security update. This update
somehow has removed the InnoDB data- and logfiles (ibdata1, ib_logfile0,
ib_logfile1) and deleted my whole database :(
The attached mysql-error.log shows that the update process seems to had
some problems (the "ALTER TABLE user"... that has gone wrong), the part
about the missing "runtime/nagios_instances" table is a result of the
update.
