In this spreadsheet (see attached), libreoffice does not add (sum) the results
correctly. It is off by 0.25. See cells B35 (shows incorrect sum), B36-37
(sum in B38), and column C (sums) and C36. The correct sum should be 113.75,
but it is incorrectly reported at 114 (when summing sums). Note that the
spreadsheet was
created doing a (UTF-7) import of a text-separated-values file.
