Henry if you manage to backup your data you could confirm this if you
create several different sized arrays.

2TB will create 0x0000 at 0x2E8
3TB will create 0x0001 at 0x2E8
6TB will create 0x0002 at 0x2E8
8TB will create 0x0003 at 0x2E8

After each array creation dump the meta data and post please for me to
analyse also.
