[Bug 1077269] [NEW] start-here.svg in sizes 22 and 24 are now different

Public bug reported:

I did installed kubuntu quantal and changed icons to Humanity, and in
plasma panel (size 22) the start icon (ubuntu logo) appears in orange.

But since i have upgraded to raring and made an updated yesterday the
start icon has suddenly change its color to grey for my surprise.

So i went investigate and saw that in
/usr/share/icons/Humanity/places/22 the icon now appeared grey, then i
looked to remaining sizes and verified that the start-here.svg icon was
orange.

Also noted that in size 24 the icon its also grey, so sizes 22 and 24
have changed to grey without any apparent reason, and the same icon in
the remaining sizes continues being orange.

Why was the icon in sizes 22 and 24 changed to grey and in remaining
sizes continued being orange?
