Had the same problem on my Lenovo R61. For the workaround to work I had
to change the device address. In my case this was e822 instead of the
e823..

sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 f9.B=fc
sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 150.B=10
sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 f9.B=00
sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 fc.B=01
sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 e1.B=32
sudo setpci -v -d 1180:e822 fc.B=00
