** Description changed:
+ Rationale:
+ freerdp crashes when HOME isn't set
+
+ Testcase:
+ - unset HOME
+ - xfreerdp <some destination>
+
+ Regression potential:
+ The fix has been in quantal for a while without any known regression.
+
Ubuntu 12.04 i386
FreeRDP 1.0.1
LTSP calls xfreerdp from xinit, but the process dies unless we first do
export HOME=${HOME:-/root}
in /usr/share/ltsp/xinitrc on the thin client. Other users have reported
that this can be replicated by doing
unset HOME
xfreerdp host
on any non-thin host.
