OK, sorry about that... it was not my intention to hijack someone else's
bug report. Just confirming this issue.

I had trouble with the apport program taking forever. I waited 30
minutes and it never finished gathering info so I killed it and gave up
waiting. Can't believe it should take so long.

Anyhow.. I ended up installing kernel 3.5.0 from
http://ppa.launchpad.net/upubuntu-com/kernel-amd64/ubuntu and wifi seems
stable now. I have been running deluge torrent as a wifi stress test for
a day now with no disconnects. So fixed upstream. Just hope 3.5 kernel
is introduced in 12.04.2
