when playing a video in smplayer in fullscreen in kubuntu 12.10 while on
battery the screen dimms after a timeout. I think powersaving features
like this should be disabled while fullscreen video playback. I am
pretty sure that in kubuntu 12.04 fullscreen _did_ inhibit the screen
dimming.
