Ubuntu 12.04 with last updates.
On a big size of files with lbzip2 we get:
lbunzip2: retrieve.c:275: YBdec_retrieve: Assertion `in_avail >= 1' failed.
lbzip2 --version
lbzip2 version 2.1

As we see, this bug was fixed in version 2.2, but this patch not applied in
ubuntu 12.04 so it's very strange because 12.04 is LTS.
