Looks like you have a syntax error in /etc/default/tftpd-hpa:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/tftpd-hpa.config: 8: /etc/default/tftpd-hpa: -c: not
found
Marking as 'Invalid' as this is a local configuration issue.
