Public bug reported:
I do not have a battery installed on my laptop and the laptop is
directly connected to power. However, the battery indicator is shown in
the panel despite that the power setting is set "When The Battery is
Present". It also have a charging percentage beside it which some time
shows 73% and sometime shows 81%.
