This is a bit tricky because in theory /var/lib could in theory contain
packaged programs, so I would not like to ignore /var/lib/ completely.

Is /var/lib/schroot really a standard location? chroots can be anywhere,
after all. So I could add this special case, but it would not help for
people who use /var/cache/, /var/lib/chroots/ etc.
