** Description changed:

When running 64-bit guests in 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04, the host with high
probably goes into abrupt reboot sooner or later. There's upstream bug
  for this:

  https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/10528

It reports that the issue was fixed in Virtualbox 4.1.18 . Please
consider upgrade for the package in 12.04. Please also consider this as
high priority, because abrupt reboots diminishes user experience
  largely. Thanks.
+
+ [Impact]
+ This bug could cause a loss of user data: in fact, a crashed session means
that all unsaved documents are lost.
+
+ Also, this bug could be a serious security issue: in fact, it can be
+ used for Denial Of Service attacks: if a server has at least one
+ unprotected virtual machine (i.e. for test purposes), a malware could
+ try to launch a 64 bit code to be able to crash not only the virtual
+ machine (a crash on a test virtual machine does no harm), but the whole
+ server. This kind of attack could also be unintentional.
