* Merge from Debian Unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Build-dep on gstreamer-tools
- Call dh_gstscancodecs, for automatic codec install
* Drop debian/patches/99_autoconf_g729_conditional.patch, fixed upstream
Next time, try to use (LP: #123456) to automatically get the bug closed
on upload. But apart from that: good work! Cheers.
