Public bug reported:

When I install kubuntu-low-fat-settings on my netbook (netbook
workspace-type is automatically selected from kubuntu) nothing happens.
Changing workspace-type don't help. I have solved this dirty and quick
by linking /usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings to /usr/share
/kubuntu-low-fat-settings:

sudo mv /usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings
/usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings.backup
sudo ln -s /usr/share/kubuntu-low-fat-settings
/usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings

Release of Ubuntu: 12.10
Version of the package: 11.10ubuntu3

What is expected to happen:
After Installation of kubuntu-low-fat-settings and reboot 3d-effects, Nepomuk,
etc. are disabled.

What happens instead:
Nothing, previous settings are not changed.

** Affects: kubuntu-low-fat-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
