You appear to have a bad burned CD or a bad CD drive. I'd suggest
trying to burn the CD at a slower speed as a starting point. If you end
up replacing the drive (should you find that's where the problem lies)
and the error still occurs, feel free to reopen this bug and attach the
relevant log files.
