According to Adaptec timeout values for the SCSI subsystem have changed
which lead to Adaptec RAID cards reset and system stall. Information

This should be fixed by using the latest Controller Firmware *and* the
aacraid driver with at least version 1.1.7-28700 which is until now not
included in Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS.
