Public bug reported: Even though Guake has X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=false in its /etc/xdg/autostart desktop file, it starts automatically in KDE. I do not know if it is a failure of Guake or anything else; but it was sort of fixed by adding NotShowIn=KDE to its desktop file.
