Public bug reported:

When the capture of browser credentials is enabled (this feature is
provided by the xul-ext-webaccounts package) and the user visits for the
first time gmail.com and accepts the WebApps integration, the Online
Accounts panel pops up and prompts the user to enter his Google
credentials.

However, both the username and password fields are empty. While for the
password field it's a design decision (due to possible legal/political
issues), not provising even the username leads to a bad user experience.
By providing the username prefilled in the form, it's more clear what we
are expecting from the user, and we avoid having the user attempting to
login with a different account.

The root of this bug is:
http://code.google.com/p/accounts-sso/issues/detail?id=132

which could also have some other serious implications besides this one.

For all the above, I suggest this fix to be integrated into Ubuntu 12.10 as an
SRU. The risk of regressions is minimal, because the package is well covered
with unit tests and the proposed code change only inverts the order in which a
couple of actions are performed -- no code is added or removed.
