Public bug reported: I have used the qps (http://qps.kldp.net/projects/qps, http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/qps) as visual process monitor in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin. Unfortunately after upgrade (reinstall) it turned out that this package is no longer available.
I probably could install it from Debian Squeeze package repository, but it looks like it would bring full dependency chain with it because it is packaged differently (names of packages, names of libraries) in Debian than in Ubuntu. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qps ** Affects: qps (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: packaging quantal ** Description changed: I have used the qps (http://qps.kldp.net/projects/qps, http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/qps) as visual process monitor in - Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Precise Pangolin.
