I got this multiple times today on may recently updated quantal machine. At the beginning all Dialogs (used manual breaks-Dialog multiple times) open just fine from menu. But after a while menu-clicks just won't open anything. Shortcut are still working though. If I close all Libreoffice Instances and open my document once again, everything works as expected (dialogs open from menu) for a short time. Now menu-clicks just won't open anything, again.
