I did from forums i found info to open persistence file:
sudo mkdir /media/casper
sudo mount -o loop casper-rw /media/casper/
then
sudo umount /media/casper/
still theres item in places - see screenshot
and then unmounted usb flash drive.
and still theres item in places - see same screenshot
i have removed usb and nothing changes its still there
