Why is it a "Won't fix" when there are workarounds avaible? http://nikunjlahoti.com/2012/11/09/missing-safely-remove-in-ubuntu-12-10/ Couldn't it be fixed this way? I think this is a serious bug for a operating system. It made me change back to 12.04 because i don't want to lose my data when I disconnect my Harddrive while its still used and spinning!
