Steps to reproduce

1. Start Gedit
2. Maximize Gedit Window
3. Click on the title bar and pull the window down.
4. Click and hold the title bar again and move the window to the top edge of
the screen.
or
4. Click and hold the tiltlebar again and move the window the left or right
screen edge.

What you expected to happen?
-----------------------------------------------
The orange preview for the new window size displayed.
If the user stops holding the mouse button, the window is resized in the size
of the orange preview.

What happened instead ?

Nothing, resizing does not work, at least for gedit
