Please sync bristol 0.60.10-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * 03-disable-x86-cpu-opts.patch: Added to prevent FTBFS on non-x86

This bug was fixed by debian in the last version of the package.

bristol (0.60.10-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Extend 02-disable_sse.patch to disable -march=core2 -msse -msse
    -mfpmath=sse when compiling libbristol too.
