Gnome system monitor can not set a shortcut to start itself, a system
keyboard shortcut has to be assigned to start gnome-system-monitor in
order to achieve this, thus I am moving this to the gnome-settings-
daemon project, as that one should be handling system keyboard shortcuts
(at least that's what related bug #890747 is assigned to).

** Package changed: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu) => gnome-settings-
daemon (Ubuntu)
