Please sync juman 7.0-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Explicitly create directories for override_dh_auto_install to
succeed when building binary-arch (non-i386 builds). Fixes FTBFS.
This bug was fixed the last Debian version.
