Hi, I installed this driver but it does not help.
I am working normally under 11.04 where sound is ok. I have installed 12.04 as well in a separate partition as in the VirtualBox under 11.04. In the first case there is no sound in the second case the sound is ok. There is also no sound in 11.10 but the hardware configuration is always the same. therefore I suggest something has changed in the software from Version 11.04 to 11.10 and 12.04 but I can not found out what it is.
