I also get an Error when trying to run the 'gdbus call' command when the
issue appears:
david@fueron:~$ gdbus call --session --dest org.ayatana.bamf --object-path
/org/ayatana/bamf/application739967866 --method
org.ayatana.bamf.application.Xids
Error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: No such interface
`org.ayatana.bamf.application' on object at path
/org/ayatana/bamf/application739967866
david@fueron:~$ gdbus introspect --session --dest org.ayatana.bamf
--object-path /org/ayatana/bamf/application739967866
node /org/ayatana/bamf/application739967866 {
};
However, I couldn't even get the gdbus call to work when update-manager
was showing properly so perhaps the command is incorrect?
