Jaakan, logs are not very helpful in that form. Could you open a terminal, type "dmesg" and compare with my initial report ?
If it's caused by 'touch' and if the call trace is similar, that's the same bug. If it's different, that may be another bug, worth another case. If you are just looking for a workaround to complete clamav install, just edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/clamav-daemon.postinst and comment the line with touch (line 124), then do apt-get upgrade.
