My problem arose when i reinstalled Grub to support gfxboot. My hard drive is
so shared:
1)ntfs -Windows XP - 70,85GB - sda1
2)vfat - Common data - 17,48 GB - sda2
3) - unallocated -35,34 GB Probably Fedora core new partition
4) Extended including:
Linux Swap - 1,13GB
Ubuntu 6.10 - 61,51GB - sda6
I've tried to mount manually sda1 by doing so in terminal:
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /media/pippo # in fstab this is the dir linked to /dev/sda1
This is the output:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo mount /dev/sda1 /media/pippo
Password:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
missing codepage or other error
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ dmesg | tail
