I added this option with import/export to file with "Load from file" and
"Save to file" buttons.
Valid schema format for xml file is like this:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<gnomeradio>
<station name="Radio Guerrilla" freq="101.50" position="0"/>
<station name="Rock FM" freq="92.20" position="1"/>
<station name="Europa FM" freq="106.60" position="2"/>
</gnomeradio>
