Thank you. But is there a chance to see it backported to precise? If we need compatibility with current behavior for precise (I can't find a reason for it, but...) - we could use attached patch to pam config and then administrators could change /etc/pam.d/gnome-screensaver themselves to enable handling of expired creds. What do you think?
