Public bug reported:
Cannot drag picture or frame object from page to page. An issue was
found when dragging an image or frame across pages, it does not move
past the first page when text goes across both pages. See the attached
screen capture for a demonstration of this bug.
The workaround to this is to separate the text into paragraphs and then
drag the image or frame to the next the page.
