Public bug reported:

kepas is not able to handle UTF-8.

When i add a server in which the path includes a name that have some
accent like for example "/home/foo/TransferĂȘncias", the other end is not
able to access any file.

If i add a server with a path that doesnt have any accent, i.e.
/home/foo/Documents than the other end is able to access files.
