Having difficulty updating your system is not a Firefox bug, and your
description is not specific enough to work out where to reassign this
bug (you don't mention how you are trying to update, or what happens).
You would be better off asking for help at somewhere like
http://ubuntuforums.org/. If you're going to report another bug, please
have a read of http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html
first and make sure your report actually describes the problem.
