In order to support the new RADOS Gateway Keystone integration in Ceph
>= 0.55, the boost-thread library is required during build and
operation.
The boost1.49 and boost-defaults source packages are already in main;
this require would mean that the following binary packages need to be
promoted to main:
* libboost-thread-dev (source boost-defaults)
* libboost-thread1.49-dev (source boost1.49)
* libboost-thread1.49.0 (source boost1.49)
I've not uploaded v0.55 yet so this is not appearing on component
mismatches yet; but I would like to ASAP.
