I've been having issues with ath6k, where the connection suddenly dies (normally shortly after booting but not always). With the syslog full of messages, like: "DMA failed to stop.." "Could not stop RX" "Unable to reset channel" etc. After the latest kernel update (3.5.0-19) this happened every time I started the system.
I was unable to find any bugs describing the exact problem with a recent kernel, so on the off chance I tried your kernel: 37ed561e823f5f91ca87522d61a57974be583c0d and it seems to have worked successfully.
