I think (im not sure) this bug is aplication specific, not ubuntu's, (please someone correct me if Im wrong) Althoug, is the new driver nouveau who is making all the mess here.
I tried running the binary with the "LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose" flag (as suggested by the log itself) and it seems to be looking for the DRI.so at the lib64, lib32 an lib directory, but after searching for the file, it is in another place (dont ask me why is it there, not really an expert on this) Quick fix: copy (or better link) the folder "/usr/lib/i386-linux- gnu/dri" (as I remember singularity (secondlife) is 32b) to "/usr/lib/dri" SecondLife will find it and RUN!
