Hi,

I recently download edubuntu 12.04.1 LTS from http://www.edubuntu-
fr.org/telechargement and I've got the kernel panic !

My PC is a simple desktop with an old AMD Duron 1400MHz on ASUS A7N8X-X and 1GB
memory. I boot on live DVD Edubuntu and launch the install on an old virgin HDD
MAXTOR 120 GB. The install crash with a switch back to console (view screen
shot).
I wasn't connected to Internet during install.

I can't boot because it happenned during the install, before the end of
copying all files from DVD.

What can I do ? Trying an another distrib ? If I'm connected during
install, will it work ?

Thanks for help if possible

Annabelle (french)
