As Brandon mentioned, everyone using precise can find a package with the fix in
my local PPA:
ppa:sil2100/precise
If you have precise-proposed enabled, you'll have to explicitly say that
you want to install version 5.16.0-0ubuntu2~timefix1. Otherwise, a
simple update of unity packages is enough.
