Demoting back down to universe, because:
- Nothing in main depends on it. The intended MIR procedure is to get MIR
approval, then seed / upload the reverse-dependency, *then* have an AA promote
the package. Otherwise, the bug report and the component-mismatches report are
working at cross-purposes.
- The deps aren't all in main, as noted. python-support is not welcome in
main, please fix this :)
