apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected precise running-unity

** Description changed:

I have a accer laptop. When I try to burn cds using the "write to disk" right
click option, the entire system crashes during the burn process. This is easily
reproduced, and happens almost every time.
niether of these commands produced an output for some reason.

  1) cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
  2) sudo lspci -vnvn > lspci-vnvn.log
