The apport(1) details are already attached.

It's a headless machine behind a proxy; the script tries to launch
links(1) in a way which doesn't pick up the proxy settings (and probably
won't work anyway).  The filesystem being all messed up makes it rather
hard to try and work out why.

(Unsurprisingly, but also notably, the rest of the machine is running
fine (as it's only accessing stuff outside of home directories, so I
don't really feel the need to reboot it.)
