So it seems that per the DansGuardian website, the blacklist is
something that you have to pay a subscription for - see
http://dansguardian.org/?page=blacklist
Seems you can download this one time from URLBlacklist.com for free, but
if you need it on an ongoing basis, you'll need to purchase a
subscription or find some other way of maintaining the blacklist.
