The duplicate status is obviously wrong in this bug because what is
reported here is a different issue altogether.
The bug is that when you expand the filters in the dash, they default to
their original state upon next login.
This is an issue for users who have their dash launch in fullscreen mode
(maximized) and want the filter categories visible at all times. (This
is particulary handy if you use 1920x1080 display resolution and above,
and/or large monitors)
The design team needs to take a look at this.
