Hello. I think I am affected by this bug too. My wifi just disconnected with no reason, and then I saw the networks but I could not reconnect, it kepts asking me the wifi passwords..
Whenever I suspend my laptop to RAM, I am nearby assured I won't get a working wifi chipset at the wake up. This bug's been here for like a year for me.
