/usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh is crucial for adding the shell
startup for virtualenvwrapper. See

startup-file
export WORKON_HOME=$HOME/.virtualenvs
export PROJECT_HOME=$HOME/Devel
source /usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh
I can not source /usr/local/bin/virtualenvwrapper.sh thus I can not use
the mkvirtualenv shell function.
when I install using pip, virtualenvwrapper.sh comes, however it is not
included in the ubuntu package.
