Daniel Yunus, the reason you are not getting the expected results is because 
you encased your ThenValue in quotes, causing to display the text:
5%*H6*I6

Hence, you would want to change the formula in J6 to:
=IF(H6>=10,5%*H6*I6,"0")

which displays:
$125,000.00
