Public bug reported:
This is my brand new Lenovo x230 I5 Thinkpad Tablet. Yea its pretty
cool. But once in a while during restarts it hangs. I dropped to the
terminal and tried to report a bug with elinks, but launchpad denighed
it because of a header issue. Any ways, I rebooted from the terminal and
x came up fine this time.
